Jiu Jitsu is the first martial art we taught at Pathway. We’ve had years of experience hunting for submissions, sweeping opponents onto their backs, and defending attacks. Today, grappling at Pathway is more than just jiu jitsu. We’ve developed a well-rounded grappling system which combines the best techniques from disciplines like wrestling, BJJ, sambo, judo, and more.
Kids from ages 5 to 12 are welcome in our kids-only classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Check out the full schedule for details. These one-hour sessions are fun, safe, and technical. Kids will learn fundamentals, get fit, and become confident in themselves!
